At Plated & Prepared, every meal is chef-prepared and made fresh to order. We do not mass-produce or store meals in advance. Our process is designed to prioritize quality, freshness, and proper handling from kitchen to delivery.

We currently offer local delivery within select areas of:

Surrounding Tampa Bay areas
Delivery availability is determined at checkout based on your address.
If your location is outside our service area, please contact us directly — we may be able to arrange a custom delivery or pickup option.

Orders require 1–2 days for preparation

We do not rush production to maintain food quality and safety
