1. General

Plated & Prepared provides freshly prepared meal prep and food delivery services. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products & Services

All meals are prepared fresh and made to order. Menu items, ingredients, portion sizes, and presentation may vary slightly based on availability and seasonality.

Plated & Prepared reserves the right to modify menus, pricing, and availability at any time.

3. Food Safety & Allergies

While we follow proper food safety procedures and are managed by a Certified Food Manager, our kitchen may handle common allergens including but not limited to:

• Dairy

• Nuts

• Soy

• Wheat

• Shellfish

We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and notifying us of any dietary concerns prior to ordering.

4. Orders & Payment

All orders must be placed through our website or approved ordering platform.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. Prices are listed in USD and may include applicable taxes.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

5. Delivery & Pickup

We currently serve select areas in Florida, including Tampa Bay and surrounding regions.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or volume. Customers will receive confirmation details prior to delivery or pickup.

Plated & Prepared is not responsible for delays outside of our control.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Once meal preparation has begun, cancellations and refunds cannot be guaranteed due to the perishable nature of food products.

Refunds or replacements may be issued at our discretion in the event of order errors or quality concerns.

7. Storage & Consumption

Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling of meals after delivery or pickup.
Plated & Prepared is not responsible for issues arising from improper storage, reheating, or consumption beyond recommended timeframes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Plated & Prepared is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

By purchasing from Plated & Prepared, you agree that consumption of prepared foods is at your own discretion and risk.
